HOW OFTEN CAN I COME WORK OUT?
As often as you like! Feel free to subscribe to any of our sessions. We will always welcome you with open arms as long as the class has spots.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
We are Dutch which means we have a very different approach as to sports, nutrition and health. We would love to share our method with you and help you become the best version of yourself.
PS: There is a reason why we are amongst the tallest people in the world. ;)

We really care for our athletes. We take time to get to know you, adapt to your needs such that you can become the best version of yourself. Besides, both of us value in positivity and humor as keys to success. So if you are in for hard works and lots of laughs, you are more than welcome!
